How customer can login on Paytm if he/she has forgotten the password?

• In the top right corner of the page, you can see the profile.
• In profile section on top, you get the option to login.
• Click on Login To Paytm and enter your registered mobile number or email id.
• On selecting Forgot Password option, you will be asked to ring on the mentioned number from your registered mobile number.
• Call on that number and select the desired option; you will receive a link via SMS, follow the instructions to reset your Paytm password.
• Your password will be updated.
• Click on Other Login Issues if you are unable to login to your account/ unable to create a new account/ you have lost your mobile or changed your mobile number.
